Co-Founder
25+ years in financial consulting, insurance, and international economic cooperation. Experience with the Government of Ukraine, IMF, and World Bank Group. Specialist in risk placement, international finance, and large-scale infrastructure projects.
Grants Director
10+ years of experience in international technical assistance, donor-funded programs, and public sector reform. Worked with EU, USAID, UKAID, GIZ, and others. Specialist in grant management, policy development, and program implementation.
